Treatments are ‘one-on-one‘ with patient education and self-management strategies complimenting our ‘hands-on‘ manual therapy skills.

A second opinion may be necessary or requested at any time in order to confirm your condition or diagnosis. We have a policy of seeking a colleague’s opinion within the first three treatments, if your progress is unsatisfactory.

Brochures are available in the waiting room outlining patient rights under the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers Rights.

Forrest Hill Physiotherapy is regularly subject to an external audit process to ensure that it meets the standards and criteria set out in the Allied Health Services Sector Standards 8171:2005. This on-site visit reviews documentation - clinical and managerial, the service’s quality system and the assessment of its implementation and delivery of care in accordance with the Standard’s intent.

Forrest Hill Physiotherapy has been a Certified Physiotherapy Clinic under the NZ Private Practitioners Accreditation Scheme from 1991 to 2007 and a Certified Physiotherapy Clinic in accordance with Allied Health Services Sector Standards 8171:2005 since 2007.
